On July 1, Orchestrate will be changing its ticketing system to Autotask, a better integrated, technology specific platform designed to enhance and further automate your end-user experience.

What that means for you:

  • You should continue to submit tickets via email to support@orchestratetech.com. Any open tickets as of June 30th at 5pm will be moved into the new system.
  • Look for an email with your login credentials to access the new user portal at www.orchestratetech.com/support (Username will be your email address and a temporary password will be issued.)
  • Call us at 513-400-4553 for prompt assistance with any issues you might have.
