Orchestrate Technologies - a subscription-based IT support services co-located in Cincinnati, Ohio recently launched 283 as an extension of how it continues to harmonize business, PEOPLE, and technology.
The idea started roughly two years ago as part of a strategic workforce development strategy. Orchestrate formed a partnership with Grant Career Center to source its top students for entry level client support positions.
This continued partnership with Grant Career Center evolved into a complete internship program that offers incoming senior year students applicable experience as they continue coursework towards graduation and provides a gateway into the information technology, specifically technical services, industry.
Orchestrate recently welcomed Kelly Williams, a strategic HR consultant and executive leader to join its team. Kelly, along with other Orchestrate team members, has taken the established internship framework and increased partnerships to include Warren County Career Center and InterAlliance. Kelly provides embedded HR consulting services to technology companies external to Orchestrate and provides expertise that supports IT staffing for enterprise level businesses seeking talent or a group of internal support provided by Orchestrate to solve its clients IT problems.
"Orchestrate continues to fulfill its commitments to its people, clients and communities. This is displayed by its continued commitment as a certified B Corp and seeking out clients who desire upfront cost awareness to know what they are subscribing to for services provided, which includes a group of super talented people readily available to help. Orchestrate’s evolution as a sustained minority owned MSP, continues to reinforce how it will progress with now offering additional HR expertise to its clients and educational partnerships.” Says Co-founder and Owner Vincent Williams.
Orchestrate has roughly doubled in revenue in the past 7 months and is currently in the process of completing strategic acquisitions to further enhance its reach within the region.
Kelly Williams stated, “I believe in creating programs that provide opportunities for students to begin their careers and see first-hand what a professional work environment can be, while also knowing they are supported to succeed during their time at Orchestrate. My career journey has allowed me to build a vast expertise related to People and HR, while also establishing new roles within several of those previous organizations. 283 provides solutions and services that expand Orchestrate’s people commitment to its clients, while also building into youth for making a difference in the local community. Establishing partnerships with multiple career centers and InterAlliance further supports Orchestrate’s mission to harmonize business, PEOPLE, and technology."
