At Orchestrate, 283 serves as an extension harmonizing business, PEOPLE, and technology. 283 is an internship that provides high school students a professional work experience learning about IT concepts while understanding how a small business works.
What we Offer
8-12 week program
Part-time/Full-Time at Orchestrate HQ on Vine Street in Over the Rhine.
Paid Internship
starts at $16/hr 20-40 hours a week with flexibility for different shifts M-F 8am-5pm
IT experience and training
Learning and application includes exposure to client interactions via phone/email/chat typically from a remote device provided by Orchestrate to resolve client requests. Onsite visits for in-person client interaction are likely to occur.
Life Skills
Weekly coaching with VP of People, weekly team meetings, team events. As well as professional skills trainings include Growth Mindset, Communication, Executive Functioning, and more.
