At this time, we do not provide migration remote office service in Cincinnati for Mac OS machines. However you can still login and access your Office 365 account online and import your local file to your new account manually.
While the factors above will affect the speed of your migration, we can still use our automated assistant to provide our migration services to you albeit at a slower rate. The sooner you sign up and install the client ahead of your migration, the better.
No. Our migration assistant allows for your mail to be transferred in the background prior to the actual changeover taking place. The actual migration/cutover is scheduled to occur after PST allowing you to have uninterrupted access to your mails. Get Office 365 for a midsize business in Cincinnati, a small employer in NYC or an enterprise in Houston - your migration experience will be seamless wherever you are.
At this time Office 365 and Office Suite 2013 DO NOT allow for Gmail and Outlook accounts to work seamlessly as they did in the past with onsite exchange servers.
When you use our supplemental migration service, all folders will be transferred along with your mail as long as they are a part of the same single primary PST folder associated with your email address. If you have a separate PST folder created and attached to your Outlook for viewing, you must manually migrate that folder to work with the new Exchange/Office Online.
Our Cincinnati IT service team recommends that you use at least Office 2010 to take full advantage of all the features in Exchange Online. Using a version earlier than this will cause latency issues.
While you will not lose any addresses, you WILL loose your auto-fill cache with our assisted tool. The reason is because this cache will still point to old addresses and not yet associate your address with its new location.
While the majority of our mailbox migrations have a 98% success rate, there are some instances, which require further assistance from us. This is almost always because:
Clear your auto complete cache under options in your Outlook account. If the problem still persists please use your Exchange Online portal until your issues with your local Outlook are corrected.

Yes. And no. While you can still connect with Office 2007, you can’t take full advantage of this product because it wasn’t designed for full functionality with those email clients. As of April 2014, Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and as such becomes a security risk for your business. For most businesses, email is too important for this level of risk.
