  • RMM does not include ANY telephone support/ onsite support
  • Support Services if requested start at $125.00/hour minimum for any call, remote support, or onsite visit. Emails 3 days post setup aren’t included and will be billed at the hourly rate.
  • Update Rollbacks are not included.
  • Firewall changes and or peripheral equipment modifications are not part of the package.

Support is not included with the RMM package. Orchestrate does offer help desk packages as an additional cost.

RMM can be installed on all machines or just a couple machines. It is up to your business to decide which machines you would like monitored and updated.

Webroot SecureAnywhere is integrated with our RMM and provides multi-vector protection, fast deployment, zero-hour security and online management.

Businesses can give individuals admin access to manage and monitor their endpoints in an online database.

Updates/patches are tested prior to deployment but can affect machines differently sometimes causing issues. If an issue is a result of a bad update/patch, Orchestrate can rollback/troubleshoot issues at an hourly rate for support.

Protects against threats across email, browsers, files, URLs, ads, apps, and more in real time.

Updates are typically scheduled after hours and decided upon between the business and Orchestrate. The frequency and time frame can be changed based on the business’s needs.

Yes. Updates/patches are tested prior to deployment.

Server updates are scheduled for after hours on the first Friday of every month. Server maintenance schedule can be changed based on the business’s needs.
